David Rouner attended the University of Missouri-Columbia as an undergraduate, focusing his studies on Business Management and Finance. David is a graduate of Washburn University School of Law, in Topeka, Kansas and immediately started his law practice in his hometown of Kirksville.
David enjoys all things outdoors and spending time with his wife Kristin and son Andrew.
